Our Veterinary Technicians

Julie Richter, CVT

Julie Richter CVT
Hi, my name is Julie. I am proud to be a native of Colorado, and currently live in Littleton. I am a graduate of Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, earning an AAS degree in 1992. I have experience in both large and small animal medicine and have a strong interest in dentistry and surgery. In 2000 I delivered my first son, and 18 months later had twin boys. During the next 14 years I dedicated my time to being a stay at home mom, and would not have traded those moments with them for the world. Now that they have matured, I felt it was time to get back to what my heart has called me to do, and that is taking care of pets. I began working for Littleton Veterinary Clinic in May 2014 and have really enjoyed helping and watching the clinic grow. Every day brings new and exciting things to learn and I am lucky to have Dr. Sare as a mentor. I admire her knowledge as a Veterinarian and I am committed to her, the staff and the patients here. LVC has become my second family and I am truly grateful for this opportunity.

Outside of work, I enjoy most anything the outdoors has to offer. My newest hobby is Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (with my 2 dogs on board as well), water skiing, snow skiing and of course spending time with my three boys. Horses are a long life passion of mine and I look forward to owning one again soon.

Ana, Office Manager

My name is Ana-Marija, but I mostly go by Ana. My family is from Bosnia, and we moved to Colorado in 1999. I’m lucky to still be fluent in Serbo-Croatian, and be able to communicate with family that I still have in Bosnia. I have an Associates of Science from Otero Junior College, and Bachelors of  Art in Interdisciplinary studies, with a focus in Equine and Psychology from Chadron State College. I also shadowed my local veterinarian while I was in middle school. I also worked alongside the rodeo coach of Chadron State College for 2 years, and learned so much about starting and finishing horses. They are my true love, and I hope to someday own some of my own! I grew up with 2 family dogs, a toy poodle named Suzy and a miniature poodle named Sandy. Having been an animal lover from the day I was born, I now own my very own sweet dog named Maya. I was blessed with the opportunity to work for Littleton Veterinary Clinic, since working for a veterinary clinic has been my dream since I was very young! I hold the job position of Office Manager, and I am happy to be a part of this wonderful practice, and the caring people who work with me every day!

Véronique (V), Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

My name is Véronique, but people lovingly call me “V”. I moved to the United States from Belgium in 1998 to the beautiful beaches of Northwest Florida. In 2009 after I married my husband, we moved to Indianapolis.  While living there, I worked as a receptionist / dog groomer in a dog resort. I’ve owned, loved, and cared for my pets ever since I was a small child. I grew up with German Shepherds, a Husky, and several kitties. I currently own a Pomeranian, a Pomeranian mix, and three spoiled cats. In April of 2016, I had the opportunity to move to Colorado, the state in which I’ve always wanted to live. I was very fortunate to expand my pet knowledge and to get hired at Littleton Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary receptionist / assistant. I love to help care for people’s pets and to be amongst animals and animal lovers every day.
