Acupuncture

Research has shown that acupuncture helps reduce pain and inflammation and can improve a pet’s quality of life. Dr. Rust became certified in Veterinary Acupuncture through CuraCore Academy and is providing acupuncture appointments here at Littleton Veterinary Clinic. During a session, Dr. Rust inserts thin needles into areas such as muscles, tendons, fascia, and nerve fibers to ease symptoms by altering the perception of pain or stimulating neurotransmitters in the brain.
